Ron has been a SaaS based CFO for more than 20 years, providing strategic, hands-on, impactful financial and operational leadership, and driving scalable and profitable growth for several software companies.  He has extensive experience managing board and investor relations, including VC, PE firms and family office investors, across SaaS, Professional Services, and eCommerce industries. Ron has successfully scaled several SaaS and Services businesses, completed 5 sell-side exits and has been integral at raising more than $300M+ of equity financing, convertible debt, and working capital lines.

Prior to joining Street Diligence, Ron was the CFO of Akademos, Inc where he completed the sale of the company to a strategic investor.  Ron holds a bachelor’s degree from Northeastern University, where he double majored in finance and management, and an MBA from the Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business with a focus on finance and entrepreneurship.
