David is a seasoned financial executive with over 15 years’ experience leading the financial operations of small and mid-size technology companies. Before joining Street Diligence, David was the Senior Director of Global Finance & Accounting at Exusia, a global consulting firm with operations in the US, India, and South Africa.  Prior to Exusia, David served in a financial leadership role at several enterprise software and SaaS companies including RightAnswers, EnergyHub, and Passlogix.  While in these roles he helped grow the companies globally, built out teams, and financially led the successful sale of EnergyHub to Alarm.com in 2013, and Passlogix to Oracle in 2010.  Earlier in his career David, worked in the equity research group at Gruntal & Co. covering Pharmaceuticals and Biotechnology. David holds a B.S. in Finance from Lehigh University.
